Ingredients Required:
Basmati Rice – 1/2 kg
Chicken – 1/2 kg
Onion – 250 gms
Tomato – 250 gms
Cinnamon – 2
Bay Leaves – 2
Cloves – 2
Elachi – 2
Star Anise – 1
Ginger Garlic paste – 2 tsp
Coriander Leaves – 1 Cup
Mint Leaves – 1 Cup
Curd – 1/2 Cup
Green Chilli – 4
Red Chilli Powder – 3 tsp
Lemon – 1/2
Kesari Powder
Salt to Taste
Oil to Saute
