Thanksgiving and all the upcoming Holidays are right around the corner! I cooked up a goose this year instead of the traditional turkey dinner. Peppercorn ROAST GOOSE!
It was my first attempt with a goose! And it was all worth the work into prepping it!
With all the bad stuff that happened this 2020 year, what are some things you are thankful for this year?
