Crawfish / seafood boil in mid December?! No problem! This southern style seafood boil is so fun and easy. There\’s really no exact recipe on what to put in this spicy seafood boil. It is all up to what you want to eat and how spicy you wanted it to be! The real special is how to make that spicy garlic butter sauce. Each person has their own special recipe for making this sauce.
The main ingredient for this garlic butter sauce is: Butter, Garlic, & Old Bay seasoning/ cajun spice. All other ingredients are up to the chef to make up his/her taste.
For a 15-20 gallon pot:
Boil ingredients:
2 lbs crawfish/seafood boil mix
3-4 large onions
3-4 oranges
4-5 lemons
5-6 whole garlic cloves
5-6 bay leaves
sausages
Seafood (shellfishes) – lobsters, shrimps, crawfish, clams, mussels, crabs, etc.
other condiments – corn, potatoes, celery, okras, etc.
Spicy Garlic Butter Sauce:
Lots of unsalted butter
Lots of Minced Garlic
Old Bay cajun Seasoning
Ground fennel
Ground Cumin
Ground Paprika
Lemon Pepper
