Vietnamese corn pudding dessert is super easy and delicious! In this video, I will show you how to make the best che bap (vietnamese corn pudding). This sweet and refreshing dessert is paired with a thicken coconut milk sauce, that is a bit salty and sweet. Compliments super well with the corn dessert pudding.

You can have this warm or cold. I prefer it cold, so I left it to cool down and put in the fridge overnight to enjoy the next day. The pandan leaves that were added to this dish, gives this dessert dish a subtle smell. The coconut milk cream sauce recipe in this video will complement this pudding super well. Be sure not to omit this step!

Ingredients:
– 6-8 corn on the cobs
– 5-6 oz rock sugar to taste
– sugar to taste
– salt to taste
– 1 cup small tapioca pearls
– 4-5 panda leaves
– tapioca/cornstarch & water (thicken)
